FAQ

Contact:
If you have a question, or a complaint, you can always send us an e-mail. You can find our contactinformation on the top of our webshop.

Delivery:
First the payment has to be done, before we can start the delivery of the package.
If the payment is completed, you will recieve the package within 3 or 4 workdays.

Order:
If you clicked on the product that you want to buy, it automatically appears in the shoppingsbasket.
If you want to order the product, you have to click on the shoppingbasket.
You will see on the screen, wich product you want to buy, the price including VAT and the costs of delivery.
The next stap is filling in the information we need and after that we ask you to fill in your home adress and the adress where you want to recieve the package.
If you proceded those steps, you will see the confirmation wich contains information about the order and the information you just filled in. Then you have a change to check that information. After you confirmed it, you go through to payment.

Payment:
You can pay in two ways. First is through Ideal (only if you have a Dutch bankaccount) and the second way is by money transfer.
The payment, ofcourse, is done in a save environment. The invoice is always send with the package.

VAT:
All the prices named on the website are including 19% VAT.
